According to the European Data Protection Act (Art.13, European Regulation 2016/679) the User acknowledges that CA-BE srl
undertakes to process the User's personal data according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of confidentiality. Therefore, we inform the User that:
A. DATA CATEGORIES: the object of the processing may be your personal data, such as identification data, personal data and contact data.

C. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: the personal data held by the Data Controller is collected directly by the interested party.
D. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: the processing of your data, collected and stored in relation to the completion of this form, is based on legal consent and is made for the following purposes:
- to provide the required technical assistance and support services
E. DATA RECEIVER: within the limits relevant to the processing purposes indicated, your data may be communicated to partners, consulting companies, private companies, appointed by the Data Controller. Your data will not be diffused in any way.
F. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD: the data collected are not subject to transfer to third countries outside the European Community.

CONSERVATION PERIOD: the collected data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed ('Conservation limitation principle', art. 5, GDPR) or on the basis of the deadlines established by law. The verification of data obsolescence kept in relation of the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.
H. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY: the interested party is always entitled to request the Data Controller to access, modify or cancel the data, the limitation of the treatment or the possibility to oppose the treatment, to request the portability of the data, to withdraw consent to the treatment by claiming these these and other rights provided by the GDPR through a simple communication to the Owner. The data subject can also lodge a omplaint with a supervisory authority.
I. MANDATORY OR NOT CONSENT: We inform you that the provision of data is for some optional fields and for others which are mandatory (marked with an asterisk) and their eventual non-consent involves the non-execution of the requested service.
J. DATA PROCESSING METHOD: the personal data you have provided will form the subject of processing operations in compliance with the regulations mentioned before and confidentiality obligations to which the activity of the Owner is based. The data will be processed both with computer tools and on paper and on any other type appropriate support, in compliance with the appropriate security measures pursuant to the GDPR.
